All sales are final due to the unique and antique nature of each piece.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be accepted under special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to process an exchange, please contact bythesuncollective@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you find a resolution. 

SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process and ship, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. All orders placed after 11:00 am PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday, this includes priority shipments. If you have any special requests for shipping, please contact us at bythesuncollective@gmail.com. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note, all International orders are subject to duties/customs taxes on delivery (DDU), customs fees are at the expense of the customer. The customer is responsible to know the customs policy unique to their country.
